We explored how to construct our plan in Part 1: Preparation. I shared some advice on creating a logical timetable that can be readily tracked and followed up using a free and comprehensive planner to help you stay organized. Then in Part 2: Execution, we discussed how to get planned things done and ease the process of doing it. We will do a reflection to see what has worked and what has not for the past two weeks after New Year 🎉
But, before we get into the article, don't forget to like and subscribe 🔔 to the channel, since this will help it develop! ❤️👍 Also, please feel free to forward this information to anybody who can benefit from this 2022 planning advice 📖✍️ With that being said, let's do our reflection.

Here are my main goals for this month, starting from January 1st, 2022. As you can see, I did not put too many there, just six of them. As I explained in Part 2: Execution, each habit is a cue for the next activity. Clear (2018) called this habit stacking, in which one act of a habit triggers another habit, making an unbreakable chain of a wholesome process. Let's take a glimpse at my 2022 habit again as an example.

Now, let's reflect on my first week from January 1st until the 7th compared to my second week from January 8th to January 14th.

You can see that I did better on the second week compared to the first one because I have figured out the gigs by myself through trials and errors that I made throughout the first 14 days of the year. It is normal to fail; what is not normal is to give up ❤️
"Practice makes perfect." -Benjamin Franklin.
In Part 2: Execution, I also shared my hour-to-hour schedule. However, despite having a designated hour allotted explicitly for that particular task, sometimes my laziness or boredom get the best of me. Therefore, I also put an optional job on the side for a switch. However, optional here does not mean it is optional for me to do it or not - it is optional in terms of what time I want to do it on that day. However, the workload for that day is something I must do within 24 hours.

Some people might argue that to study something, especially learning essential things like exams or Bible, must be done in a secluded, silent space, away from any "fleshy desires". But I am well aware that I will not do so. After reflecting throughout these years of living, I conclude that had I done so, my hyperactive brain would have wailed out of boredom, necessitating the need to multitask.
As someone now enrolled in the fourth term of a Master of Education program at an American institution, learning Korean and Spanish as my fourth and fifth languages, and attempting to be a competent Bible minister, it has worked well for me. But remember, each person has their studying style, and you must find the one that suits you best 📖✍️ Do not feel the necessity of doing exactly the way I do it - what I shared here is just serving as an example that might inspire you to manage your time throughout this year ⏰
But if you are interested in adopting my way as yours, please, be my guest! ❤️👍 Try to hit two birds with one stone. For example, I study Bible Ministrial while using Spanish materials. Also, as previously mentioned in Part 2: Execution, I try to listen to podcasts whenever my ears are not doing anything - when I am exercising, cooking, eating, or doing house chores. Here are some of the English podcasts I enjoy.

After reflection, there are two things that we can do. First, we can have a clearer view of what went wrong and avoid it in the future. Second, we can understand what went right and maintain it well. Like what Forleo (2021) suggested, let us make known what we are lacking and what we are good at! 📅

To summarize, it is critical that when we make a plan, we write down what we want to do for the new year and specify the action and group habits that can be stacked to make the process easier. Then, we need to provide enough time for doing trial and error without backing down until we establish the new set of routines toward our newly planned goal. These steps will ensure that our plan can still go on even though there are many obstacles in life. Good luck practising, I hope my tips are useful for you! ❤️👍
