Without further ado, let's dive into the tips!
Are you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, unproductive, or on the edge of failing you own plans? Do not worry, I got your back. There are three main things that you can alter to immediately get back on track as soon as possible. Check them out!
Refocus
Stop trying to do everything and focus on the single goal. Indeed, there are many good things in life, and all of those gleams might make us blind. However, we cannot be greedy and want to split our focus into too many areas, or we will end up feeling exhausted. Instead, pick up just one big goal, your primary focus for the upcoming period.

For instance, my current goal in life is to be a polyglot before the age of 40. It means my focus is to master at least A1 level for the three languages I am currently learning before age 30. Then I will make a three-to-five year's progress to levels A2, B1, and B2 within ten years' timeframe. At the same time, since my goal is to improve my linguistic skills, I might be unable to improve my cooking or drawing skills as my free time outside of work and religion is absorbed in my language learning activities instead. But it is okay since I do not plan on becoming a chef or an illustrator; it is enough for me to cook simple food for my family and do easy sketching to unwind by the end of the day.
Rearrange
Write down what matters to you and organize your essential things-to-do list around the main audacious goal. When unsure about our priorities, we waste our energy on meaningless chores. Prioritizing saves energy and frees up time for tasks that will move the needle in our business. Uncertainty about our priorities generally leads to issues such as adding too many obligations. When our schedules are jam-packed with unimportant meetings and chores, it is tough to make progress on initiatives that matter.

Do not think you can throw many things into your schedule and then multitask. We are most productive when we concentrate on one task at a time. Switching between numerous tasks causes us to lose attention and efficiency. It exhausts our brain capacity and causes us to slow down. If we use multitasking strategies to support our activities, we waste time and energy attempting to maintain a system that tires us.
Realize
If we are not taking care of ourselves, we will not be able to show up for anyone else or make progress on anything we care about. Skipping on sleep, especially regularly, will lead to stress and decrease our productivity. Sleep helps us to recover intellectually, emotionally, and physically. According to Mayo Clinic, an adult's average sleep is between 7 to 10 hours (Olson, 2021). How about you? Do you get enough sleep each night?
If your sleep pattern is good enough, the next step is to check your meals. For most of us, tiredness is caused by low blood sugar. However, by consuming the correct nutrients, we can maintain our energy levels throughout the day. Nutrient-dense meals are high in vitamins, minerals, and other essential elements yet low in saturated fat, added sugars, and salt. So, when feeling exhausted, do not grab a burger and soda! Instead, eat some fruits or vegetables, whole grains, nonfat or low-fat dairy, fish or shellfish, unprocessed lean meat, skinless chicken, nuts, or legumes to feel better (American Heart Association, 2021).

In short, do not feel guilty if you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and unproductive! You need to pick up the pace by pausing, reorganizing, and caring for yourself. Life happens, and the situation may have forced you to shift your priorities within the past six to eight months. Reconnect to your big vision goal and make the necessary adjustments to get back on track. As this Iceberg Illusion suggests, success does not happen overnight; it takes months and years of rearranging and refixing the flaws.
